If you are unable to use your own SMTP server you can use LearningWorks' mail server to send email from your site. 

In this case you will need to have your IT team add an SPF record to your domain. This will allow you to use your own organisation's email for the primary admin and support user in your Moodle / Totara LMS 


Add the following as a TXT record to your Domain

yourdomain.co.nz.  IN TXT "v=spf1 mx a ip4:202.89.41.92 a:mail.elearning.ac.nz ~all"
